Kyiv officials are suspected of stealing the budget
Among the suspects are the head of the department of the Goloseevskaya Regional State Administration, the head of a contractor organization and a technical supervision engineer. Now they are checking the involvement in possible facts of embezzlement of funds when equipping shelters in 15 educational institutions.
According to the capital's investigators, the RGA signed a number of contracts with a commercial structure to carry out repairs and equip shelters in the district's schools. In the acts of work performed, they deliberately entered inflated data on the volume of work and their cost. The parties to the agreements adopted and signed the relevant documents.
So, for the reconstruction and equipping of shelters in two schools in Kyiv, the defendants appropriated more than half a million hryvnias from the budget.
