Residents of the Mountain community in the Luhansk region tried to evacuate from the places of shelling. However, the Russians fired on them with cluster shells.
An employee of the mountain rescue service told Channel 24 about this. He noted that they managed to successfully evacuate people.
“They fired at the cluster. People were not injured. The head of the trade union from Pervomaiskugol, a volunteer, was driving. He made 4 flights under shelling,” the rescuer said.

The Russians are continuously shelling Luhansk region
Commissioner for Human Rights Lyudmila Denisova noted that infidels deliberately fire at people so that they do not go to the territory controlled by Ukraine. She said that the invaders attacked a bus with residents of the Mountain Community near the urban-type settlement of Vrubovka. There were 18 civilians in the transport. They are currently safe.
According to Denisova, the situation with the evacuation of people and humanitarian supplies is critical in the Luhansk region. Ukraine uses all means to save people, but due to constant shelling, there are fewer of them.
“Such actions by the Russian troops are a war crime, in accordance with Article 8 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court and a gross violation of the 1949 Geneva Convention for the Protection of Civilians in Time of War,” Denisova said.
