The enemy may arrange a series of provocations on May 9th. That is why the Ministry of Internal Affairs warned that in some settlements, due to the threat, an enhanced curfew would be introduced. The decision will be made by the local authorities.
This was announced by Vadim Denisenko, adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs, on the air of the All-Ukrainian telethon, Channel 24 reports. He stressed that the war continues, so it's too early to relax.
Each region will make a separate decision
Denisenko noted that the risks in Ukraine are associated not only with Victory Day, but also with the fact that in many regions during May 7-9 people go to cemeteries to honor the dead.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs confirmed that the work of sabotage and reconnaissance groups may intensify in a number of regions. It is because of the threat of provocations in certain areas that a long curfew may be introduced.
Law enforcement officers are asked to take this seriously and with understanding. People are also called up – these days it is not worth doing mass events.
In Zaporozhye, they have already warned about a long curfew
About a long curfew – from the evening of May 8 to the morning of May 10 – already said the military administration of Zaporizhia. The city authorities emphasized that the military, law enforcement officers, as well as terrorist fighters will monitor how local residents comply with the rules.
In Ivano-Frankivsk, the mayor urged to stay at home
In Ivano-Frankivsk, the mayor of the city Ruslan Martsinkiv also warned local residents about the danger. He advised the people of Ivano-Frankivsk to stay at home or temporarily leave the city this weekend.
What Russia can plan for May 9: in short
