The Russians are attacking the South of the country with kamikaze drones and missiles. On October 18, they hit the two-story residential building of Nikolaev.
According to the head of the Nikolaev OVA, Vitaly Kim, an S-300 missile hit the building and destroyed it. Under the rubble, rescuers found the body of a man.
Rescue and search work continues. The head of the OVA said that the invaders also completely destroyed the flower market.

There were no casualties. In addition, the Ukrainian defenders managed to shoot down 5 kamikaze drones in the Mykolaiv region overnight.
Note that after that, the light went out in the regional center and in some areas. Vitaly Kim said that as of 06.20 the power supply was restored in the city.
The enemy uses Iranian drones to terrorize Ukrainians
The Russians began to actively use drones of “Shahed-136” type against Ukraine. It seems that the occupiers have become more economical in using missiles, but they are not ready to miss the opportunity to inflict destruction.
However, the Ukrainians have learned quite adroitly to shoot down Iranian “martyrs”. For example, the Center Air Command shared that on the evening of October 17, the defenders were able to destroy 8 kamikaze drones.
