Therefore, local authorities decided to increase security measures in connection with possible rocket attacks and terrorist attacks. This was done in order to celebrate Rosh Hashanah with a minimum number of risks.
Security measures will be strengthened in Uman
According to the head of Cherkassy OVA Igor Taburets, increased security measures in Uman will be introduced from 19 to 30 September. The local authorities took the corresponding decision in order to avoid the risks associated with possible missile attacks or terrorist threats.
The administration assumes that the enemy can do everything possible to destabilize international relations. Moreover, he seeks to negatively affect the international image of our state. And for this, the invaders can strike during the celebration of Rosh Hashanah.
What restrictions will apply

- The city will strengthen the access control, as well as control over the stay and movement of citizens;
- Prohibit the movement of vehicles, as well as its parking on certain sections of the streets;
- Restrict access to places of pilgrimage on Rosh ha -Shana.
Today, law enforcement agencies are constantly carrying out counter-sabotage and anti-terrorist activities, the pilgrimage area and adjacent territories are under round-the-clock video surveillance, Taburets emphasized.
