The theme of fighters for Ukraine remains relevant. However, the allies are not yet in a hurry to make appropriate decisions.
Poland does not have enough fighters to share them with Ukraine. Duda noted that the Polish Air Force has less than 50 aircraft of this type.
What is needed to obtain fighters
The head of state explained that F -16s require very serious maintenance, so “it's not enough just to send a few F-16s to Ukraine”.
The Polish President also added that any decision on the supply of aircraft should be a “common decision” of Ukraine's allies , and not a single country solution.
