The Pechersky District Court chose a preventive measure in the form of detention for people's deputy Alexander Dubinsky, who is suspected of high treason and participation in a criminal organization.
The State Bureau of Investigation reports this.
According to the court's decision, the deputy will spend at least 60 days in custody without the alternative of posting bail. The court found the suspicion to be justified and the evidence to be sufficient, the statement says.
