Based on the materials of the State Bureau of Investigation, the court seized the property of the current people's deputy Alexander Dubinsky, suspected of high treason, including that which was registered in the name of his mother and ex-wife.

We are talking about a total of 39 real estate objects : 23 apartments in Kiev, 8 land plots, two residential buildings in the capital and the region, as well as 15 cars.

Investigators found that the people's deputy and his relatives over the past few years have become the owners of a large number of apartments, cars, two houses and 70 acres of land totaling about $2.5 million.

However, their official income did not allow them to purchase so much real estate.

They also established that the people's deputy, his mother and then wife during 2008-2023 carried out risky financial transactions worth millions, including in cash.

“They significantly exceed officially received income, which may indicate the laundering of funds through the family’s acquisition of highly liquid assets, as well as the transfer of money to deposit accounts,” the SBI explained.

Pre-trial investigation is carried out under Art. 212 (tax evasion) and Art. 209 (legalization (laundering) of property obtained by criminal means) of the Criminal Code.

On November 13, the people's deputy was suspected of treason.
