Governor of the Krasnodar Territory Veniamin Kondratyeva already at 5:12 spoke about the allegedly downed drones, writes Channel 24 with reference to the hostile authorities and Russian media. Veniamin Kondratiev said that they allegedly “suppressed” more 10 drones in the Slavyansky, Seversky and Kushchevsky districts. They tried (drones – Channel 24) to attack oil refineries and infrastructure facilities. According to local reports, there were no casualties or serious damage. Operational services are extinguishing a fire caused by a UAV crash, the governor explained. Russians in telegram channels showed footage of the attack and explosions that were heard at the refinery. According to them, the local authorities are not so credible, who assure that there is supposedly no serious damage. The head of the Slavyansk district, Roman Sinyagovsky, reported that a fire broke out at their Slavyansk-EKO oil refinery. According to him, the distillation column was damaged. The fire was allegedly extinguished.
Also, the ASTRA telegram channel reported that local residents were reporting an attack on the Ilsky oil refinery. They say a fire broke out there, which was almost put out.

One of the Russian telegram channels wrote that drones allegedly attacked Slavyansk-ECO, a bitumen plant and the Ilsky oil refinery. However, the Russian authorities have traditionally not confirmed this.
