Drones are trying to identify air defense positions, missiles are trying to get around them: how Russia has changed the tactics of shelling

Today, February 10, the Russian invaders launched another massive missile attack on Ukraine. Now we can state that they have changed their usual tactics.

Aviation expert Valery Romanenko spoke about thisChannel 24. According to him, the Russian invaders are counting on mass participation. But they are going to cover the lack of missiles with drones.

New tactics of Russian infidels

As Romanenko noted, the Russian invaders are trying to use drones more massively, for which Ukraine spends precious missiles. This is how the occupiers try to figure out where the air defenses are located.

In addition, they have improved their tactics. First, they scout the positions of our air defense systems with the help of drones. And then they launch cruise missiles to bypass these zones,” Romanenko said.

Cruise missiles are difficult to shoot down due to the fact that they can make a significant number of turns during the approach to the target. You should shoot them down only when you can accurately calculate the route.

Cruise missiles can only be shot down when you can accurately track the route. Then you can use either air defense systems, or fighter jets, or a mobile group on the path of the drone,” Romanenko stressed.

Russian missiles crossed the territory of Moldova and Romania.

  • On February 10, Russia launched a new massive missile attack. During the attack, two Caliber cruise missiles crossed the airspace of Moldova and then Romania, after which they again flew into Ukraine. This was announced by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny.
  • The Ministry of Defense of Moldova confirmed this information. They summoned the Russian ambassador to Moldova and called on Russia to stop military aggression.
  • On the other hand, Romania does not confirm the information about the passage of Russian missiles in their airspace. They said they flew 35 kilometers from the border with the country.
