Drone attack on Pavlograd
On the night of February 11-12, powerful explosions occurred in Pavlograd, Dnepropetrovsk region. Russian troops attacked Shahed with drones. Part of Pavlograd is without power, said Mayor Anatoly Vershina. There is also no heat or water supply. Emergency crews are working.
Strike on Lyubotin, Kharkov region

The Senate took the next step towards passing aid to Ukraine
February 11, 67 senators, with 60 required, supported the decision to suspend debate on replacing the original text of HR 815 with the text previously proposed by Democratic Senator Patty Murray. 27 senators opposed.
