Due to an attack by Shahed drones on the night of February 11-12, most of Pavlograd was without power, said Mayor Anatoly Vershina. There is also no heat or water supply. Emergency crews are working.
According to information from the Dnepropetrovsk Regional Administration, some of the settlements in the Pavlograd and Sinelnikovsky districts have been de-energized. There are interruptions in water supply. However, there were no casualties.
