Drone attack in Odessa
As a result of a drone attack in Odessa on the night of March 2 that hit a multi-storey residential building, at least eight people were killed and eight more were injured, including children.
Among the dead — three-year-old Mark and four-month-old Timofey. The baby was sleeping in the arms of his mother, whose body was also found under the rubble of a destroyed house.

Strike on Kharkov
After a drone attack in Kharkov on the night of March 2, three women aged 44, 66 and 76 were injured in the Shevchenkovsky district. All of them — acute reaction to stress, but they do not require hospitalization.
There is destruction as a result of the blast wave, the Kharkov Regional Prosecutor's Office reported. In particular, at least four houses, 17 cars and five garages were damaged.

UAV hit in Velikiy Burluk
Due to a drone attack in Velikiy Burluk, Kharkov region, on March 2, a 76-year-old man died, whose house was hit. The house was completely destroyed, and after the impact a fire broke out there.
According to the Kharkov region police, police evacuated an elderly woman from a neighboring house.
Russian Su-34 shot down
The Ukrainian Air Force shot down two Russian Su-34 aircraft. One of them — near Mariupol on the morning of March 1, but confirmation was received today. Second — in an easterly direction on the afternoon of March 2.
Earlier, the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces announced the combat use of anti-aircraft guided missiles against two enemy Su-34 and Su-35 aircraft. However, it soon became known that only the Su-34 was hit, and the Su-35 plane could not be shot down.
Personnel changes among brigade commanders
Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Syrsky announced possible personnel changes among commanders in individual combat brigades on the eastern front in order to preserve the life and health of personnel.
According to him, some brigades manage to hold back enemy attacks and hold positions, while others — no, despite the fact that they are equally equipped with personnel, weapons and military equipment.
However, this depends on the brigade commander, his level of training, experience, ability to make adequate and informed decisions, as well as the level of training and coherence of the brigade headquarters, the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine emphasized.
Explosions at an electrical substation in Yekaterinburg
On the night of March 2, it became known about the alleged explosion of an electrical substation in Yekaterinburg in the Kalininsk region, which served three Russian military enterprises. Among them — MZiK, Turbomotorny and Uralmash.
