About 20 recruiting centers have already been opened in Ukraine. The positions in greatest demand are drivers, mechanics, and drone operators.
This was stated by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov. According to him, new recruiting centers will open in Ukraine.

He explained that the Ministry of Defense has determined a list of positions that people can choose on their own.

— We adopted the law on mobilization so that it would be fair, everyone would clearly know the rules, rights, and responsibilities. We wanted to open up an even more civic approach. Not all people perceive mobilization as serving the nation, so we want to change this paradigm. A direction called recruiting has been opened, — he noted.
The greatest demand in recruiting centers today are the positions of drivers, mechanics and unmanned aerial vehicle operators.
— Today drivers, mechanics or people who want to use drones. More civilian positions are in very high demand. There is a direction of physical recruiting, and there are online positions open. We give people the choice to not be afraid to serve their country. This is if they came to work, chose a profession, passed all the interviews and received a position that would work for the benefit of the state, — Rustem Umerov believes.
