Explosions were heard during the day in the Kirovograd region/Collage of Channel 24
After lunch on August 10, residents of the Kirovograd region heard explosions. An air raid alert was not issued at this time. The authorities of the region have calmed down: these are planned works.

Head of the Kirovograd OVA Andrei Raikovich commented on the explosions, which were reported on social networks. At that time there was an air raid, but not on the territory of the region.
Explosive objects are being destroyed at the training ground
Rajkovic stressed that local residents should not worry. Explosions – due to work at the site near Kropyvnytskyi, where dangerous objects are destroyed. These sounds will be heard by people more than once, because such actions will continue for 5 to 7 days.
You should not panic. But ignore the sirens as well,” Raikovich added.
We note that around 15.10 sirens sounded in many areas in the South, as well as in the West of Ukraine. During the air raid, explosions were also heard in the Vinnitsa region. However, there was no information about “arrivals” in the region, so these were probably planned works.
Last rocket attacks on Kropyvnytsky: what is known
- On July 28, the Russians struck missiles in Kropyvnytskyi: 5 people were killed, about 30 people were injured.
- Enemy troops hit the city with Caliber missiles.
- The shelling hit the local airfield, and a civilian who was here was also damaged plane.
- On July 23, infidels launched 13 rockets at once across the Kirovohrad region. There were about 2 dozen wounded, among them soldiers.
