Vladimir Zelensky stated this at the international economic forum in Davos, Channel 24 reports. He added that the preventive actions of the world are the only thing that could prevent the outbreak of war.

According to the leader of Ukraine, now it is important to adapt to new realities and create new instruments of influence on Russia.
We must not react, but act, act preventively, he believes.
This means that any delay only harms our state, and assistance should be prompt and maximum. Now, according to Zelensky, Ukraine is creating another precedent for the whole world – the peoples of different states support us and put pressure on their government to impose new sanctions.
“We are grateful for the support,” the president added, “but if it had happened even then? Would Russia have started this war? I am sure that the answer to this question is no.
