Ministry of Reintegration calls on Doctors Without Borders to form an evacuation mission/Channel 24 collage occupied territories of Ukraine appealed to the international medical organization “Doctors Without Borders” (MSF).
They ask them to form an evacuation mission to save the defenders who are now protecting and defending themselves at the Azovstal metallurgical plant ” in Mariupol.
The corresponding letter was sent by Vice Prime Minister – Minister for the Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories Irina Vereshchuk to Head of Mission in Ukraine Michel-Olivier Lacharite.
The Ministry of Reintegration asks to form a mission to evacuate the defenders of Mariupol, who are now in the Azovstal metallurgical plant, the letter says.
Help the defenders
Therefore, they ask, in particular:
- assess their physical and mental condition;
- collect evidence of the conditions in which they are;
- provide medical assistance to Ukrainians.
Attention!< /strong> The appalling conditions in which all the encircled Azovstal find themselves are in clear violation of Section IX of Article 55 of the Charter of the United Nations.

- The Azov regiment reported that heavy fighting continues on the territory of Azovstal. The fighters are asking the international community to assist in the evacuation of civilians and the wounded. The invaders want to take control of the territory of Azovstal, for which they intensively use aviation.

- At that time, the Pentagon reported that Russia had withdrawn part of its troops from Mariupol to the North.
- Russia itself wants to establish control over the territory of the plant. The enemy assault was resumed, aircraft are used for it. This was noted in the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
