The President of Slovakia addressed the Russian military/IPN
Slovak President Zuzana Chaputova recorded an appeal to the Russian military. She called on them to stop the war against Ukraine.
The President addressed the occupiers in Russian. She stressed that the reasons for the invasion of Ukraine are incomprehensible to the entire civilized world.

In her address to the occupiers Chaputova noted that no one threatened the Russians and did nothing wrong, but now they are “causing damage” to the Ukrainians. She remembered several victims of the invaders, whom they killed or raped. The President said that when she hears about such atrocities, she loses her words.
“Every war is violence. Therefore, on the way to civilization, mankind agreed on certain rules to protect those who might become victims of war,” – Chaputova noted.
The President stressed that the Russian military had lost their officer honor and neglected military discipline and the rules of war. With every Ukrainian they kill, they continue to betray these virtues.
Russian soldiers, commanders and everyone it concerns. If you still feel the remnants of humanity in yourself, revive it and end this terrible war. After all, every day you only increase the army of exterminated souls and bodies of women, children, innocent people,” the President called.
Chaputova summed up that the task of defenseless pain is a manifestation of the greatest weakness.
