This time they got a Russian bulletproof vest into their hands. Soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine “inspected” the trophy and shared their impressions of the find. The corresponding video was published by the Center for Strategic Communications of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to inflict insane losses on the enemy. The Russian invaders are suffering losses in all combat directions. As of the morning of October 17, the Armed Forces of Ukraine liquidated more than 65,320 enemy fighters, and 320 invaders over the past day alone. The losses of Russians in military equipment are also considerable:
- tanks – 2,537 (+8) units;
- armored combat vehicles – 5,205 (+12) units;
- artillery systems – 1,599 (+10) units;
- MLRS – 366 (+1) units;
- air defense systems – 187 (+1) units;
- aircraft – 268 (+0) units;
- helicopters – 242 (+0) units;
- UAVs of the operational-tactical level – 1,241 (+17);
- cruise missiles – 316 (+0);
- ships and boats – 16 (+0) units;
- automotive equipment and tankers – 3,969 (+ 10) units;
- special equipment – 144 (+1).
At the same time, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine emphasizes that the exact number can be even more, because now active battles continue, which complicates the calculation.
