Germany will continue to help Ukraine, since diplomatic means in the war have been exhausted.
German Chancellor Friedrich Merz announced this during the budget debate in the Bundestag on July 9.
Merz on continued support for Ukraine

He said Germany would continue to help Ukraine, “even despite the resistance of the left and the pro-Russian right here in this parliament.”
Earlier, German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius announced an increase in military aid to Ukraine – from the initially planned €4 billion to a potential €9 billion this year.
According to him, part of the funds will be used to finance a project to produce long-range weapons directly in Ukraine.
