In the Sumy region, a system for combating attack and reconnaissance drones launched by Russian troops is being improved.

As reported by the Sumy Regional Military Administration, work is currently continuing in a continuous coordination mode with military units to adapt Ukraine's defense system to new threats.
“Trained mobile groups are already in operation and are demonstrating results. Drones are detected, jammed and shot down,” the report says.
According to the Sumy OVA, these are not just isolated cases. They note that a system is currently being formed, which is strengthening every day.

At present, not all the details can be disclosed publicly for reasons of security and military expediency, the Sumy OVA noted. However, the military administration confirmed that the system of interaction with the military is working.
The report says that the Sumy OVA promptly responds to lists of priority needs from the military command, in cooperation with communities, charities, foundations and individual volunteers.
The regional military administration of Sumy region noted that they are open to expanding cooperation and highly value all initiatives – from volunteer projects to local businesses, as well as international partners.
