Ukraine confirmed that as a result of a special operation by the Main Intelligence Directorate, the Russian large landing ship Caesar Kunikov was destroyed. President Vladimir Zelensky noted that Ukraine is clearing the Black Sea of terrorist objects step by step.
The Ramstein-19 meeting has already begun, at which they are discussing the allocation of new support to Ukraine and military assistance to strengthen the capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the front.
At the same time, Russian troops do not stop shelling populated areas of the Donetsk region, not being able to advance near Avdiivka, not far from which fierce and bloody battles are currently taking place.

Destruction of the ship Caesar Kunikov
After a series of explosions in Crimea on February 14, the Russian large landing ship Caesar Kunikov sank in the Black Sea. At first, flashes were heard, and later, as a result of the blast wave, the windows of the residents of Alupka opened.
Soon the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on the destruction of the airborne command of the ship Caesar Kunikov, which was part of the Russian Black Sea Fleet. According to the General Staff, the operation was carried out by the Ukrainian Armed Forces together with units of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense.
Meeting Ramstein-19
A meeting of the Contact Group on the Defense of Ukraine in the Ramstein-19 format began in Washington, which this time was announced online due to the illness of US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin.
The Pentagon chief stressed that the Ramstein 19 participants had gathered to address Ukraine's short-term needs, including the urgent need for more artillery, ammunition and air defense missiles.
Drone Coalition for Ukraine
Defense Minister Kaisa Ollongren announced that the Netherlands is joining a military drone coalition for Ukraine. For the country she represented at the Ramstein meeting, this could be an additional €2 billion of spending on top of the amount already allocated for 2024.
At the same time, Ukrainian Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov noted that the state is committed to effective work, increasing defense production, drones and technologies, as well as preparing for long-term challenges and the urgent needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Missile attack on Velikiy Burluk
Russian troops fired S-300 missiles at Velikiy Burluk, Kharkov region, on the afternoon of February 14th. A hit was recorded on a two-story residential building and another one located next to it.
As a result of the Russian attack on Velikiy Burluk, two people were killed and four others were injured. The rubble in the village is being cleared, under which there may still be people trapped, the National Police reported.
Shelling of the Donetsk region
As a result of the shelling of Selidovo, Donetsk region, on the night of February 14, at least three people were killed and another 13 people were injured of varying degrees of severity. The occupiers launched four rockets at the city and reported to the OVA.
Due to a missile hit, a five-story residential building and the maternity ward of the hospital were destroyed. At the same time, at least nine high-rise buildings, a store, a pharmacy and four cars were damaged by the blast wave.
Battles near Avdiivka
The situation in Avdeevka, Donetsk region, remains very difficult: the road to the city is under fire from Russian troops, the OVA reported. According to Vadim Filashkin, in Avdeevka there are reserves of humanitarian aid, water and necessary medicines.
According to him, the Russian army is trying to break through the defense line and capture Avdiivka as quickly as possible, and the Ukrainian military is holding back the advance of the invaders in all directions near the city.
