The Russian command continues to send Storm-Z units, consisting mainly of recruited prisoners, to carry out “meat assaults.” These units constantly suffer colossal losses.

This is stated in a report from the Institute for the Study of War (ISW).

Press secretary of the Tavrian group of troops of Ukraine, Colonel Alexander Shtupun, said that Russian troops are preparing to conduct “meat assaults” in the Avdeevka area and are preparing Storm-Z for future non-mechanized attacks.
