US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said China and Russia are helping North Korea build up its military capabilities.

He said this at a meeting in South Korea, writes Reuters.

“We are deeply concerned that China and Russia are helping the DPRK expand its capabilities, allowing it to evade UN Security Council sanctions,” Austin said.

The head of the US Department of Defense and UN member countries are also concerned about the recent increase in military cooperation between Russia and the DPRK.
