From December 25 to 28, security exercises for the capital's defense forces will be held in different areas of Kiev in cooperation with the KGVA, patrol and national police.
The head of the Kyiv city military administration, Sergei Popko, explained that the defense of the capital of Ukraine in war conditions requires a constant increase in the level of skills, interaction and combat effectiveness of all structures.
As part of the exercises, it is planned to deploy temporary checkpoints at which vehicles and documents will be checked, and certain demonstration, search and counter-sabotage activities will also be carried out.

According to him, such training should be carried out systematically, and based on the results of the staff analysis, shortcomings should be identified and even better prepared for the implementation of an important task — protection of Kyiv and its residents from potential threats.
