The Ministry of Economy announced that from September 1, FLP will be able to travel abroad during martial law. However, the exit permit did not take effect as announced.
This is due to the fact that the relevant decree has not yet reached the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmygal. This was reported by the press service of the government at the request of RBC-Ukraine, channel 24 informs.
The Ministry of Economy has not yet handed over Shmyhal's decision
The Cabinet of Ministers reported that on August 27, the Ukrainian prime minister instructed the Ministry of Economy, with the participation of other bodies, to work out the issue of a mechanism for passing military servicemen and reservists who are sole proprietors or employees of private companies across the state border.

The Ministry of Economy proposed a resolution on the introduction of the pilot project “Business trips”. However, she was returned to the ministry.
The draft resolution is in the Ministry of Economy and has not been signed by the Prime Minister of Ukraine, the press service of the government noted.
What is known about the “business trip” project
In mid-August, Economics Minister Yulia Sviridenko announced the introduction of a “business trip” service, which would allow sole proprietors to travel abroad for work. Those liable for military service and reservists who are engaged in entrepreneurial activities should have been able to send for 7 days, but subject to a deposit.
In order to leave the territory of Ukraine, entrepreneurs need to meet clearly defined criteria:

It is reported that the entrepreneur must first make a 200,000 hryvnia deposit. This money will be returned after the sender returns to Ukraine. In the same case, if the specified person does not return, the money will be transferred to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Also, in case of violation of the business trip conditions, the company will never again be able to issue new permits for employees to travel abroad, and existing permits will be cancelled.
The period for which it will be possible to leave Ukraine is up to 7 days. No more than 10% of the total number of employees, but no more than 10 people, will be able to go on a business trip abroad.
