Zholnovich explained why payments were delayed to IDPs/Collage of 24 channels

Why payments are delayed and what needs to be done
The Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine Oksana Zholnovich said that the number of people who have not yet received assistance is less, but calculations may vary. As for receiving the payments promised by the state, everyone will receive them.
She said that the delay in payments was caused by a failure in the system. The digital tools weren't designed to handle that many requests, so many requests simply dangled.
The Ministry already has a list of individuals who have been able to identify and receive assistance. Those who have not yet managed to do this should contact the TsNAP or the department of social protection.
People need to be shown that they have submitted documents in Action or other digital portals. After that, their data is verified manually and will receive payments from the number that was requested, Zholnovich said.
