Reaction of law enforcement officers
Law enforcement officers have already identified all participants in the incident and began a pre-trial investigation under Part 2 of Article 296 (hooliganism committed by a group of persons) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The sanction of the article provides for restriction of freedom for up to five years or imprisonment for up to four years.
