What DBR was looking for
The employees of the DBR checked the information whether Giner's bank legally received and used financial preferences in the amount of more than UAH 1.6 billion. Some of them the institution received after the start of the active phase of hostilities.
The amount received is more than 50% of the assets of the bank itself and is more than 5.5 times the size of the authorized capital of the institution.
In addition, the DBR checks information about the involvement of high-ranking officials and deputies of Russia in committing crimes on the territory of Ukraine . In particular, and through direct or indirect control over Ukraine's critical energy infrastructure enterprises. The pre-trial investigation is currently ongoing.
