DBR checks more than 11 thousand Russians/Word and Deed

The State Bureau of Investigation checks more than 11 thousand Russian citizens who entered Ukraine before the war and did not leave its territory on time.

This was announced by the director of the State Bureau of Investigation Alexei Sukhachev. According to him, DBR employees, together with the SBU and the National Police, are carrying out a large scale of work to determine the location of such citizens and carry out appropriate filtration measures. After all, these people could contribute or still contribute to the Russian special services.

New cases in the Bureau of Investigation are related to treason

Sukhachev also said that the DBR is investigating many new cases, including related to Russian military aggression and treason.

They concern, first of all, treason on the part of the subjects of the DBR: judges, law enforcement officers, military personnel, individual people's deputies, and other officials. There are such productions, and there are quite a few of them, – added the director of the DBR.

According to him, today a new unit has been created in the Bureau on the basis of the Main Investigation Department, which is investigating war crimes in Russia.
