Russia introduces rubles in the occupied Kherson region
- On April 25, Russian troops seized the premises of the Kherson City Council and removed the flag of Ukraine. The occupiers held a special “meeting” at which they introduced the so-called “heads” of the Kherson regional and city administrations Volodymyr Saldo and Oleksandr Kobts.
