The 127th rifle regiment of the so-called 1st Army Corps, hastily formed , by the decision of the commander of the 49th army, was immediately transferred to the first line of combat clashes in the Kherson and Nikolaev regions.
The relatives of the mobilized military personnel prepared an appeal to the law enforcement agencies of Russia about significant losses and inaction of the military command.
Water and food shortages continued in the units. The servicemen, at best, are equipped with old-style protective equipment, which leads to numerous losses, the department noted.
