Spring 2025 will be of utmost importance for Ukraine militarily, so its allies must vigorously contribute to the renewal and creation of new combat forces.
This was stated by the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the United States, General Charles Brown, during a meeting of the Ramstein Contact Group on September 6.

— The task that lies before us is that Ukraine needs help in rebuilding its combat forces and creating new ones between now and next spring.
It is necessary to build on the current momentum by providing spare parts, equipment and training to support the fleet of weapons systems delivered to Ukraine, – the American officer noted.
In his opinion, the Contact Group should help Kyiv create its own industrial base, as well as seek opportunities for joint production and provide key training in maintenance.
