The troops of one of the NATO countries may enter Ukraine. Many countries that understand the potential danger from Russia can help with this.
An expert of the Foreign Policy Council “Ukrainian Prism” Oleksandr Kraev told about this on the air of Channel 24. He predicted which states would be able to send peacekeepers to protect Ukraine.
Kraev: There will be big questions for Western Europe
Kraev noted that the United States supports the peacekeeping or humanitarian mission of any other NATO country. They have already stated this quite clearly through their ambassador, which means that the list of states may be different.
In fact, these are our neighboring countries that understand best of all that this is Russian aggression and how dangerous it can be,” Kraev emphasized.
According to him, we are talking about the entire eastern flank of NATO. First of all:
- Baltic States;
- Slovakia;
- Slovenia;
- Poland;
- Czech Republic.
Denmark can also support. There was also talk that even the Netherlands was thinking about at least supporting this initiative economically, the analyst noted.
As for everyone else, of course, there will be big questions for Western Europe and Germany before Total. I have to make a small remark. I doubt that, after all, a peacekeeping mission in any form will be able to powerfully help Ukraine.
