The family of 21-year-old Bogdana Kashpruk reported her abduction in Thailand. The girl went to the country to work in the hotel business, but disappeared.

Relatives suggest that the girl could have become a victim of human trafficking. According to the family, Bogdana is now being held against her will and even handcuffed.

The girl left Poland to work in Thailand.

A few months ago, a 21-year-old Ukrainian woman left Poland for Thailand to work. Bogdana Kashpruk is from Lutsk, speaks 5 languages, so she easily found work in the hotel business abroad. A few weeks ago, the girl was offered a “new job”, but for this she had to leave Thailand. It turned out that Bogdana Kashpruk was kidnapped and held against her will. According to relatives, Bogdana may be in Thailand, Laos or Burma.

The family believes that the girl could have become a victim of human trafficking. By the way, Bogdana Kashpruk tried to escape twice, but the attackers caught the Ukrainian woman and severely beat her. The girl was also punished – handcuffed and “imprisoned.” Miraculously, Bogdana managed to get a phone number and contact her family. She said that the group of criminals is very large, and the local police are most likely cooperating with them, which is why they are not looking for her.

What the Polish police say

Bogdana Kaszpruk's relatives contacted the police department in Katowice. However, the actions of law enforcement officers are limited in this situation. First, the police can only provide wanted information to the international system. Secondly, Bogdana is a citizen of Ukraine and this fact allegedly does not allow law enforcement to conduct a full-scale investigation.

To save Bogdana Kashpruk, brother Taras and her sister Zoryana turned to private detectives. The network reports that this team of detectives was able to rescue a Polish citizen who was also stolen in Thailand a few weeks ago. The man has already returned to his native Wroclaw.

They are currently conducting an investigation, contacting the Polish police and trying to find the girl. Private detectives said that they would not take money for the investigation, however, the relatives would have to pay for the investigative team to travel to Thailand and cover expenses on the spot.

Polish private detectives said they plan to contact Interpol to help them find the girl.
