Belarusian partisans recently attacked a Russian A-50 aircraft with drones, which was coordinating missile attacks on Ukraine. After reports of explosions at the airfield in Machulishchi, where the aircraft was based, the aircraft disappeared.

However, according to the telegram channel “Belarusian Gayun”, the damaged plane left the airspace of Belarus and, “according to preliminary information”, went to Taganrog for repairs. On the morning of February 26, in the vicinity of the military airfield of the 50th mixed base of the Belarusian Air Force in Machulishchi, local residents heard several explosions. According to BYPOL, they were the result of a drone attack by Belarusian partisans on a Russian military aircraft for early warning and control (AWACS) A-50.
According to the head of the association of former security forces Oleksandr Azarov, the plane, which participated in the adjustment of Russian missile strikes on the territory of Ukraine, was damaged and “will no longer be able to fly.”
