Political scientist Oleg Sahakyan told Channel 24 about this. He also noted that Putin never mentioned the “special operation” and constantly only praised the USSR.

The political scientist Sahakyan also noted that all this speech was in the context of justification, Putin constantly justified himself, did not say anything about the future, plus an incomprehensible story with the cancellation of the aviation demonstration.
