From Monday, December 18, a system for compensating trips due to forced transfers at the Lybidskaya metro station will be operational.
This is stated on the website of the Kiev City State Administration (KCSA).
According to the Department of Transport Infrastructure of the Kyiv City State Administration, the city will compensate for travel on temporary routes of bus No. 2-M, 60, trolleybus No. 43-K and additional trips on the metro.

— For example, if you take bus 2 from Teremki to Lybidskaya, and then take the metro to the center, one of the two trips spent will be returned to the card. Even for 2 or 3 forced transfers, you still only pay for one trip. But the travel time should not exceed 2 hours for the compensation to work, — the message says.
The compensation will be valid until the repair of the metro tunnel between the Demievskaya and Lybidskaya stations is completed.
— The compensation is valid for plastic and digital cards and QR tickets created from trips. The card must be validated in ground transport and metro during each transfer, as usual. Trips for forced transfers are returned to the next day's card, — told to the KSCA.
We would like to remind you that on December 8, the movement of metro trains between the Teremki and Lybidskaya stations was stopped. This is due to the repair of the distillation tunnel.
December 13, metro traffic was restored between Teremki and Demievskaya stations on the Obolonsko-Teremkovskaya line with an interval of 13-17 minutes. Thus, all metro stations resumed their work, but the emergency section between the Lybidskaya and Demievskaya stations remained closed and the line remained broken until the completion of repair work. On the same day, an additional temporary bus route No. 60 was launched between Lybidskaya and Demievskaya.
