According to the head of the State Service for Special Communications, Yuri Shchigol, over the past two years, serious investments have been made, significant funds have been invested to reserve lines and ensure their fastest recovery.< /p>

According to Shchigol, it is possible to ensure the operation of networks thanks to the coordinated work of specialist operators and volunteers, often working under bullets.
However, there are several cities that remain without communication.
The day before yesterday, temporarily occupied Berdyansk and Melitopol remained without communication. However, the state, together with operators, is taking all possible measures to restore mobile networks and Internet access networks,” he added.
It is also important that the enemy will not give up plans to destroy the Ukrainian communications infrastructure, because this is an important component of conveying truthful information about what is happening in the country, including to the temporarily occupied territories. Therefore, work on its improvement continues.
