Serhiy Khlan, adviser to the head of the Kherson OVA, has no doubts that the Ukrainian artillery eliminated someone from the Russian leadership. However, there is no confirmed information that it was Nechipurenko.

What is known about the colonel of the National Guard
According to InformNapalm, Nechipurenko is the deputy head of the Russian Guard department in Russian Republic of Ingushetia. He led the invaders in the Zaporozhye region.
