DBR also handed over suspicions to three FSB officers for espionage. This became known on July 23.

They provided secret information to the employees of the FSB.

It turned out that the 5th service of the FSB of Russia created a criminal organization to carry out reconnaissance and subversive activities against Ukraine. It was headed by Russian Igor Chumakov. The staff included FSB officers. Among them were Alexander Chulindin, Marina Terentyeva.

FSB officers involved representatives of the former government in Ukraine in their criminal activities. They fled to Moscow in 2014, in particular Vladimir Sivkovich. In addition to him, Oleg Kulinich cooperated with the FSB. He attracted other citizens of Ukraine to the illegal cause.

Volodymyr Sivkovich was the coordinator of the Ukrainian part of the group. The traitors collected and handed over to the Russians information that is a state secret. Their job also consisted in influencing personnel decisions in Ukraine's security agencies.

To cover up his activities, Sivkovich set up a “political office” in Moscow. It seems that the attackers were engaged in socio-political activities. But the DBR managed to expose them anyway.
