On April 12, the SBU managed to detain Viktor Medvedchuk. Recall that he is accused of treason. In particular, we are talking about coal business. He has already given his first testimony: he told the details of the criminal scheme and explained the involvement of Petro Poroshenko.
The pipeline, in fact, became the property of Poroshenko
Viktor Medvedchuk commented on the withdrawal of part of the Samara main oil product pipeline from state ownership – Western direction. Note that it was used to transport diesel.
According to Viktor Medvedchuk, Petro Poroshenko himself turned to him. He asked for contacts with the leadership of Russia. But that is not all. The fifth president of Ukraine personally helped to ensure that the Ukrainian authorities did not interfere with the adoption of the relevant decision.
In order for this pipeline to become private property, and in fact the property of Poroshenko himself, it was necessary to fulfill a number of action… The courts, the prosecutor's office, the Antimonopoly Committee, the State Property Fund – they all made decisions, of course, necessary for the personal interests of President Poroshenko, – said Medvedchuk.
