Recently, Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Oleksandr Kubrakov said that roads are being restored in the liberated territories first of all. “First of all, this is a transport connection, because nothing works without it. When there are no bridges, food cannot be delivered, supermarket chains do not work, humanitarian aid does not reach, medicines do not reach, people do not return. The basic level is transport communication,” Kubrakov explained.
