For example, the United States could freeze payments to Russia for energy resources, since the Kremlin earns $380 billion a year from gas and oil supplies. Chinese leader Xi Jinping, during a meeting with the Russian prime minister, said that the development of relations between countries is a strategic choice, and it is based on the fundamental interests of the two peoples.
