The Chinese reusable suborbital ship made its maiden flight, Xinhua reported.
According to the agency, after the flight, the product landed at the Alashan-Yuqi airfield (Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region). The launch and landing of the ship took place on July 16. It is noted that the flight “was completely successful.”
The agency said the spacecraft “can be used in a space transportation system,” and its successful flight “laid a solid foundation for the development of a reusable space transportation system in China.”
