China could play a key role in bringing peace to Ukraine if it puts pressure on Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.
This was stated by the President of Finland Alexander Stubb during a conversation with journalists at the Peace Summit in Switzerland.

In his opinion, in addition to China, countries of the Global South, whose representatives participate in the Peace Summit, can play an important role in achieving peace, — Latin America, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

He also appealed to Vladimir Putin to stop the war, while simultaneously rejecting the “peace initiative” dictator.
The day before, the head of the Presidential Office, Andriy Ermak, said that Ukraine is ready to consider proposals for the Peace Formula from all countries that respect our independence and territorial integrity.
According to him, this also applies to China, despite the fact that its representatives do not participate in the Global Peace Summit.
