China and Brazil have warned against threats to use nuclear weapons in the context of Russia's war against Ukraine, referring to the latest statements by Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.
This is stated in a joint statement released on September 27 at the UN, which was also signed by 10 other countries — South Africa, Turkey, Indonesia, Algeria, Bolivia, Colombia, Egypt, Kazakhstan, Kenya and Zambia.
