Journalists of the “Schemes” project discovered that in the temporarily occupied Crimea there are charging stations that were manufactured by the Kharkov Autoenterprise plant. This enterprise is connected with people's deputy Alexander Kunitsky.

As investigators convince, the Kharkov plant knew exactly where these stations would be installed. In turn, the people's representative from the Servant of the People claims that he has nothing to do with the sale.

Sale of stations to Crimea

Since 2021, a network of electric charging stations under the DriveEnergy brand has been operating and expanding in Crimea. These charging stations clearly say “Made in Ukraine.” Journalists suspect that these stations were produced at the Kharkov Autoenterprise plant.

At the same time At the time, this business is associated with deputy Alexander Kunitsky. Journalists received documents confirming that he was deeply integrated into the holding – including in leadership positions.

After his election to the Rada, Kunitsky made the official owner of Autoenterprise Dmitry Nikonov his assistant, and placed his deputy reception directly at the Kharkov plant.

Autoenterprise confirmed that it once supplied charging stations to Russia. Previously, the AE Factory company from the Autoenterprise group even supplied stations to the Russian state structure – the Rosseti holding. At the same time, according to the owners, there was no delivery to Crimea. Kunitsky himself says that he has nothing to do with sales to the occupied peninsula.

As journalists note, Crimean businessman Ruslan Devlechaev signed a contract for the supply of electric charging stations with Autoenterprise in 2021 . At the same time, sources in the company told investigators that in contracts with Russians they deliberately removed mention of Crimea, leaving simply “Southern District of Russia.” This made it possible to transport Ukrainian stations to the occupied peninsula.
