How to obtain a certificate of no debt
You can obtain this document at the Main Directorates of the State Tax Service of Ukraine in the relevant region and in the city of Kyiv. Issued also by interregional departments of the State Tax Service for work with large taxpayers.
To obtain this certificate, you need to contact the State Tax Service in person or fill out an application online. The document can be received by an individual or legal entity, or an individual entrepreneur. The document is issued free of charge.
Procedure for obtaining a certificate of absence of payment arrears:
- The application can be submitted in paper form to the State Tax Service where the taxpayer is registered, or in electronic form.
- It is submitted to the authorized body through an electronic account.
- Such a statement is drawn up with a mandatory reference to the relevant regulatory legal act, which provides for the need to confirm the absence of arrears in payments.
The certificate is issued within five days.
The certificate is provided both in paper and electronic form, depending on how the payer submitted the application. That is, if he came to the State Tax Service Department, he will receive a document in paper form when he comes to the State Tax Service. If the submission of a certificate of absence of debt on payments was carried out through an electronic account, then the document will also be received in electronic form.
The validity period of such a document is 10 days from the date of registration.
