A man was found dead near Krivoy Rog. The name of the law enforcement agencies is not being disclosed.
This was reported by the police of the Dnipropetrovsk region.
In particular, the local publication Svoi, as well as Suspilne, citing police sources, report that former candidate for the post of mayor and former CEO of the Central Mining and Processing Plant Dmitry Shevchik was found dead near Krivoy Rog.

It is noted that Shevchik could have committed suicide by shooting himself with a Saiga hunting rifle. Law enforcement officers are working at the scene of the incident.
For his part, the pro-Russian fugitive deputy Artem Dmitruk stated that Shevchik was killed and that he had no reason to commit suicide, since he was “cheerful, helped believers and built churches”.

He is a Ukrainian politician and businessman. In 2015, he graduated from the National Academy of Public Administration. In addition, he studied at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
